Palgrave & Pembroke is the flagship luxury residential apartment block in Sector 2 of the Residential Marina at Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town. Ruben Reddy Architects led the design team and in partnership with Denis Fabian Architects delivered a highly successful Marina residential development.
This upmarket development is located adjacent to the luxurious One and Only Hotel. The eight storeys building houses a total of 57 luxurious apartments. The building is designed to take advantage of its prime marina’s frontage with uninterrupted views of the Victoria and Alfred Basin as well as Table Mountain.
