This contemporary high end office accommodation in Sunnyside, Pretoria, was designed to house the Department of Environmental Affairs & Tourism.
The building envelope was carefully designed to maximise the penetration of natural light whilst protecting the glazing from solar heat gain. Solar studies were performed to inform the design of the various solar shading devices installed throughout the building façades.
